Ill be heading to cape cod to get my bearings and then head to manhattan (used to work there on a student visa) to find something that interests me!

Hey Truebrit, thought you had disappeared! I have lived in NJ, Essex County, but hopefully once filing is completed we are Texas bound (Austin). Our checks still haven't been cashed either, but did get a message from California saying they had received paperwork (so at least it arrived safely)

ok, we got a i797c stating part c address was wrong...so we have resubmitted the i-130 (and the rest of the package) and it was posted out today, should be recieved tomorrow noon....guess its another 2 weeks for us...if they dont find out we never put in fullstops or commas....

at this rate we are going to become october filers...lol

My application was received today!!! I got the WAC number. I was trying to check the status on line but I got nothing. Anyway, I will try to go to the US with my B2 for the last time next month. Hopefully the people in POE will let me in.

They seem to be moving quite quickly, that is why this forum is so good, you can kinda gage if if something is wrong if you haven't received any news. WAC number takes upto 7 days to register, its like everything you wish for it to be sooner, but once you have it logged, like we do, all you do is spend every waking moment checking it arghhh!!! The thing is when i sent it in UPS typed in the wrong zip for the lockbox. Instead of 60603-5517 they hanged the last two to 73 (no idea why) It was still delivered and signed though, I hope it isnt going to just get lost and I wont hear about it! Little things are starting to play on me now!

Twodice, there were quite a few zipcodes flying around, I am sure you will hear something soon but I hear ya on the little things, everything seems to be stressing me at the mo, doesn't help when I try to over analyse things either , heres hoping for good news for you all tomorrow

so, we have resubmitted the I-130 and the rest of the package, the whole thing was checked and double checked...it was delivered yesterday. Heres another few weeks of waiting.

Application sent September 10th, received September 13th, and check was cashed yesterday! Never thought I'd be so glad to be in the system for the Dept of Homeland Security...best of luck to everyone else.

We found a mistake on our G325a this morningi!!! Both of us forgot to fill the address of our company...Does it matter?

Still no update on mine, really starting to get a bit concerned as others have been processed.

I called USCIS and they told me to wait until end of next week to take any action.

Looked over the paperwork and for the G1145 I put my details and not my wifes (the peitioner) Would that affect anything?

I thought id let you know what I included in my app to play it safe.

3 x affidavits of support from friends

copy of my j1 visa in my passport

All my stress and drinking has paid off!

I have received noa1 at 2am on a saturday morning and it has been sent to Vermont Service centre.
