Actually Truebrit, your in the best shape here because by the time you do your interview you will already have been married 3 years. That means you get the regular "10 year" Greencard. You wont have to go thru this ####### agai in 2 years to remove the condition of residency. See now you have something to smile about.

has ANYBODY gotten their Biometrics appointment letter yet??? until August the average was ten days after receiving NOA1... it has been over 20 days since mine... :/

Most people here wont get that until they are Stateside and adjust status etc etc. Biometrics is USCIS will make an appointment for you and send you that info in a letter. The appointment will say report on a specific date and time to one of their offices that can take your fingerprints and picture and I think a couple of things. Its info that they put on your greencard, the picture they take goes on greencard and also one of your fingerprints. They usually have an office that they will schedule your appointment for as close as possible to your address on record. Like when I did it back in 2007 mine was done in Jacksonville, Florida. Thats about 2 hours drive from where I live. 10 days? I dont know if thats right, I think mine was a few weeks, maybe a month after I filed the I-400 form. But that was 3 years ago so maybe its faster now?

Zachm611, biometrics app means "fingerprints appointment", they take your fingerprints and pictures for your work authorization and green card... They run your fingerprints with the FBI to check if you are a bad boy/girl a nd once that its done, ur work autoruzation its approved almost automatically, i read other sept. Filers forum and a few people there has gotten it already -some of them have already done it too-

Ok It's been 16 days now since my NOA1 and still no Biometrics, is this normal???

I am trying to be as calm as possible but I have heard cases where they appoint Biometrics and people don't get their letters and then they miss the appointments. I've already have had enough complications, so I don't want this to happen to me.

Should I start calling and asking why haven't I received the Biometrics yet?

Maybe that rejected 485 problem slowed down your case. I personally would wait like 5 more days before I oficially start to worry and then call. But I wouldn't say don't call now. Go ahead and call them to see whats up.
