Before I send in my k-1 application, I wanted to know if there is a certain amount of evidence that is needed. I have plane tickets from two separate visits and i have passport stamps and photographs with dates and locations. Unfortunately I don't have any receipts from restaurants or train tickets because I didn't know I would be in this position. I don't want to wait longer because of it. Should I include emails?

Emails don't prove a meeting took place. They will, in the future, prove a legitimate relationship.

The evidence you listed seems like it will be enough. Plane tickets and passport stamps are excellent primary evidence. Your photos are great secondary evidence. You should be just fine.

what you have should be sufficent enough and as long as that evidence is within the past 2yrs you are good there will be no harm done if you include emails....GOOD Luck

just follow the basic requirements being asked during application.

other evidence like emails, chatlogs (good if you have pics together during chats), pictures of both of you or with the family of your fiancee and your financial support will be gathered ahead for the interview.

That being said, plane tickets, boarding passes and photos of two of you together (make sure to include your names, the date taken, and perhaps some detail as to where you were/what you were doing, on the back) are the best way of establishing that you have met within the last 2 years.

Also, if you have phone records (landline or cell phone) showing calls between the two of you (highlight the fiance's number and maybe note that highlighted numbers are his/hers), that helps establish a genuine relationship as well.

But please keep in mind that establishing a bonafide relationship is not required or helpful at the application stage. Don't overseason the soup. Send your passport stamps and keep the rest for the interview.

This is the only response -- out of all others above -- that will serve the OP well. The OP will be dealing with a Middle Eastern consulate in a third-world country, and the consular officers will have generally (or acutely) high suspicions of fraudulent attempts to procure visas. The OP will do best to front-load the dickens out of the I-129F petition with all kinds of "evidence of bona fide relationship."

USCIS will not care beyond the matter of whether the two parties met within the last two years; conversely, consular officers can make up their minds (in regard to visa issuance or refusal) purely on the basis of what's in the petition package that USCIS has forwarded. Perhaps they're not supposed to, but reality often differs.

Take a long-range view and front-load the I-129F petition heavily when dealing with a consulate of this type.
