Oh no, I'm so sorry! Did they not send you a letter explaining their reasoning? Are you going to try and refile?

We will definitely be back with a new petition as soon as I know the reason what was wrong with the first application.

The worst experience was 7 months administrative review and communication with the embassy. They are pure evil.

What additional documents were requested, especially the last document from the second request? That might be the explanation.

Good luck.

Totally inappropriate, insensitive and insulting post has been removed along with posts quoting same. Any further comments of this nature will result in a suspension for TOS violation. Acceptable parts of the removed quoting posts are returned here:

Garfield529: Generalizing individuals from other countries is not the point of the upper level forums nor is it the purpose of the OP's original post. Everyone has bad experiences with people from many different countries, however debasing them is not constructive.
Justine + David: luzhok, I am SO sorry that this happened to you sad.gif I hope that you find out the denial reason soon and get your loved one over here as soon as possible <3

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

What additional documents were requested, especially the last document from the second request? That might be the explanation.

Good luck.

Well, they asked to replace police certificates and a divorce certificate issued by the state which was not recognized by US government with the docs issued by the country which US recognizes. That was the reason for 221(g). We submitted the requested docs but they still returned the case.

luzhok we are in a similar situation I just found out our petition was returned today. what was the reason the Moscow embassy listed on the letter for why they returned the petition? Ours said "based on indication petition {number} included incorrect information." just curious to know if this actually means something or if they are saying the same BS to everyone...

2010/03/09 - embassy tells us we are in "administrative review"

2010/09/07 - fiance receives passport back with canceled visa and letter; our petition has been returned to USCIS

2010/11/08 - 2nd NOA 1 (I-129F ROUND 2)
