No, it doesn't help nor hinder your progress with your case

assmung she is the beneficiary...

It may be an issue depending on when the baby is born, you'll have to file the affidavit of support with 1 more member, if she is overseas you'll have to file for the baby's passport, and you'll have to keep in mind her state when she flies to see you. If she is too far along the airline won't let her fly

Good luck

I understand your concern, but pregnancy is a natural thing, many pregnate applying for marriage visas and even K1's, and are approved at interview

You need to do as all the others, pregnate or not, PROVE a true marriage, a on-going relationship. But they may require a DNA test to show you are indeed the father of the child in this immigration nightmare process since you petitioned for her.

Wishing you & your wife the best in your journey and with the arrival of your child/ Congrats!!!! :)

I don't think there will be a problem as long as she can establish that there is a legit relationship/ marriage.

How far along is your wife and are you sure she is going to be in the states before the delivery ???

Our daughter was born in the middle of our visa process, 2 weeks after she was born we had to file a consular report of birth abroad at the Embassy. 2 weeks later we got her US passport and birthcertificate in the mail ( wish it was that easy for me!). We didn't have to do a DNA test or anything...
