How about wedgies, how do y'all feel about wedgies?

Wedgies in the UK ? Oh - I'd be worried, much, with any recent curry ingestion, prior to the attempt.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

If someone has to worry about curry ingestion causing leaking out of their backside, they are probably wearing an adult diaper already. Then, it'd be safe to give them a wedgie but the diaper would block the attempt, so nevermind.

This is clearly someone who has put a lot of thought into the wedgie delivery process.

This applies in America, but in the UK alcohol-related rules are very different.

That's because in America, drinking alcohol is a sin!!!!1!!11!

Hubby misses the beer vending machines of his former country.

My ex business partners in Belarus used to serve vodka and beer to their employees (at the same time) in the office. For special occasions of course. I imagine showing up on certain days snockered to interview would have been acceptable.

I have this image of a US male boss encouraging his younger female employees to do shots chased by beer  Years of litigation following

in chinese business you are expected to be a competent drinker with high tolerance. bai ju is always part of the deal, and is a white aromatic usually made from wheat with proofs in the 100-120 range. toasting is the norm, and always lead by the host.

the trick to surviving such a business dinner is to keep a half filled glass of flower tea on the table and refuse the xiao-zhen's attempts to refill it. toasts are mouthed, and discretely backwashed into the tea glass when the host advances to the next seated participant. your tolerance is preserved for the moment in which you as a guest or host are making the rounds of the table and toasting each seated guest with shots. in extreme cases it is advised to retreat to the water closet and induce vomiting discretely. you must wait until you are not the center of attention to do so. after vomiting the face should be washed.

another trick is to provide an imported aromatic such as a brandy that is lower in alcoholic content, but prized because it is imported. such drinks should not be sweet, rather must be very dry, or they will be classed with the poor man's drinks, like bai yong hei. any imported drink round of shots should be accompanied by the presentation and lighting for each individual of an imported cigarette of some uncommon brand. such cigarettes should be filtered, with an easy draw, and must not be mentholated. menthols are regarded as a woman's smoke.

female participants in a business dinner should be allowed to toast with non-alcoholic drinks, and should not be offered cigarettes. it is not polite for women to drink alcohol or smoke in chinese business. nevertheless, they must be offered the alcohol and allowed to decline.

An professional interviewer has limited time to evaluate you as a potential employee. They may have several candidates to choose from and have to make the best choice. All of your actions are judged. I remember when I was in college having a seminar on how to successfully interview for a job. One example given (back in the '80s) regarded interview meals with IBM. The interviewer noted whether or not you salted your food prior to tasting it. If so, it was a strike against you as you were seen as someone who would make decisions without knowing the facts!
