Hello,

We got a letter notification yesterday that our AOS application was transfered to California for speedig process.

Is this normal? has it happen to any one else?

What to expect..

Thanks,

Batta

In the AOS paperwork, it says that the only case in which you may have your GC approved without an interview is if your case is transferred to the California service center for processing. So maybe it means no interview.

My wife's AOS was transferred to CSC on July 21st 2010, This usually means they are trying to process it with having to do an interview.

Good luck on your processing.

without

it's not a given that there won't be an interview, but being approved without an interview is the norm for csc.
