18 or younger with parental permission from both parties because you are both underage. You will also need to be able to meet the sponsorship requirements to be 125% over the poverty guidelines to receive the visa. You might use a cosponsor if your embassy will accept them.

any k-1 files the I-134, on interview day - is another 'affadavit of support' - but check out that document, instead of the I-864.

You'll need to qualify on the I-134, as the sponser, or get a joint/co-sponser.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Hi, My USC fiance is 16 years old and im 17. and he wants to file a K1 fiance visa so we can get married and live in the usa. please dont judge us or tell us about age. we know we love each other and want to get married. but what are the age requiremnet for the k1. thanks everyone.

i was asking about my age too before, and yeah if you are less than 18, both of you should have parental permission, about affidavit of support, i am not really sure, cos this is the first time i know about the case that both of applicant and beneficiary less than 18, but good luck for both of you guys :)

I cannot find a minimum age for signing the I-134 affidavit of support which is required of the USC fiance(e) even when using a joint sponsor. I do not think there is a minimum age just for this reason.

You both will need to show the age limits for getting married in the state you intend to marry and if either or both of you are below the age limit for the state, then that person must submit parental permission (probably should be notarized).

Good luck

makes sence yes, i know for the I-864 he has to be 18. ugh gusse we have to wait :(

Not necessarily (have to wait) . Work up a calendar with his 18th birthday, map out things/occurences backwards in time

and remember -

do NOT need to file AOS within 90 days of entry into USA.
