hmmm...I had a massage, ordered room service, and now I'm eating while I watch Top Gear

when in the philippines, i loved foot massages. 6 dollars for 1 hour. on the beach in boracay, i'd have each hand and foot massaged for 15 minutes... 6 bucks!

oh, and i just finished mowing the lawn. eating chilled watermelon now... so good.

next on the list, hang some clothes on the line.

I'm reflecting on how much I like this Kia Soul commercial.
The catchiness is infuriatingly ... catchy

Doo ... Dah ... Dippity.

Oh how times have changed.

What are you, 90?

No but I remember in '91 when that song wasn't catchy or cool... it was something that still wasn't accepted in mainstream America.

Maybe in your neck of the woods, but in Miami, that was playing in all the clubs.

This reminds me of a conversation I had not long ago with a near-retirement crank at work. He wants to retire somewhere but doesn't know where, so I suggested South Florida because he said he's sick of the cold and likes the east coast. His response - no, I'd like to retire in Amurka.

So I'm not sure Miami counts. Heck, there's talk my employer might switch Latin-America Zone HQ from Sao Paulo to Miami!
