I think what is needed is a poll. Let's find out how many women (OUTSIDE OF PROSTITUTION) would sleep with a man if he said "I want go to bed with you, but understand, I have no interest in arousing you or making even a minimal effort to ensure that you enjoy the experience or come; my only interest is my own pleasure". Of course, to be clear I will have to put the OUTSIDE PROSTITUTION in large, flashing neon pink letters - otherwise no one will understand what I am asking

I wouldn't expect any non-prostitutes to be interested in sex without their partner caring, hence the whole prostitution thing.

"be interested" is an exaggeration - prostitutes might consent to doing it, but I doubt they are "interested" in it.
