I saw pig ears for sale at Costco today.

#######? Who eats that?

And it wasn't a gag label, I don't think. I picked up a bag to have a better look. They really did look like ears. Fried, of course. Pig ears are probably nasty grilled.

Lot's of people eat pig ears! Pig feet and pig snout too. Everything on the pig, from the rooter to the tooter...I'm just surprised they were at Costco.

One of the items Josephine cooks daily and sells. lots of hair on them she has to clean off after cooking I think.

She sells in front of the house she lives at in the Makati and makes about 300-350 pesos a day.
