Everyone says there's a way to legally immigrate to America. There is.

Therefore all illegals should be deported. They should, they are breaking our laws.

And anyone willing to come to America should do so legally. Any one wanting to live in America should petition and use the channels available to them, using a basis for that request.

That's a good mindset. But here's the question/problem. How does one legally immigrate to America. Someone who doesn't have a family member in America and doesn't want to marry an America. S/he just wants to pick up and move to America. S/he isn't highly qualified. Just got a decent education of some college-learning. What process would this person follow to immigrate to America and how long does this process take? Visa Lottery? Requalify to a career field that is highly desireable and get employer sponsorship?

Just wanting to pack up and live in America is not a right or an entitlement. Most other countries are the same.

Are you going to hire a private investigator and run a full background check on every kid who cuts your lawn?

Still think you should lose your house?

Sounds like a great deal for everyone. Why is OK to exploit poor foreign persons and make them work for low wages with no benefits, but it would not be OK to exploit rich foreign people to create jobs for Americans? Seems like Obama ought to get recruiting.

We have a personal friend who's family immigrated just this way...I already mentioned that in my first post but Steven wasn't paying attention.
