Hello to all of you!

I am so greatful to have found this great resource for support and information. I must say that I am a little lost with some of the lingo and what to expect from this process of trying to keep my family together. So here is my best shot at our situation (if anyone has a simliar situation please post or email me!):

We met my husuband (he entered US illegally in Aug. 2005 Without inspection-He is from Honduras)in October 2006, and found out we where pregnant about a month later. On June 30th 2007 we had a beautiful baby girl. We got married on September 28th 2007.

Spousal Visa (IR1 / CR1):

We have gone forward this year 2010:

-I-130 Sent: February 28th, 2010

-I-130 Received: March 1st, 2010

-NOA 1 Receipt date: March 3rd, 2010

-NOA 1 Received: March 8th, 2010

-NOA 2 Reciept date: June 29th, 2010

-NOA 2 Recieved: July 2nd, 2010 APPROVED!!

I'm not sure as to what is going to happen next. My NOA says that the NVC will contact me next, but my husband and I am concerned about him having to leave and wait for the adjustment of status to clear. Our paralegal who is filling out the forms for us says he will have to leave the country for his interview. I dont know how I will explain this to our three year old daughter if and when this time comes.

What my husband and I do for the NVC processing? NVC is easy of processing also? Give me some guide and tips on the NVC processing.

Covered all here - a few days ago -

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/260505-checking-of-case-status/page__view__findpost__p__3998649

Perhaps you not email this link to your husband? OK ! That one reply (from me to you) was 'short' but content rich, requiring you to click through, and read, 3 main links on state.gov and then another page on VJ. OK !

Congrats on the approval, but I guess was something wrong or difficult with that reply back at http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/260505-checking-of-case-status/page__view__findpost__p__3998649 ?? Hard to say, but again, was 'content rich' - for you and your husband to read and study. I feel a bit silly now, as I posted all of that to you, originally..

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Whoa Nelly ! Want NVC Info? see http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

Congratulations on your approval ! We All Applaud your accomplishment with Most Wonderful Kissies !

No problem Baille!

What S&ET posted about "Christine's current processing times" is not current. Those times change a lot. It looks like NVC is slowing down and instead of taking 7 days (this is how long it took me and other people around me) to get your case number, it looks closer to 2 weeks. I hope this time goes back down again. The other times are not current as well. The best predictor of how long it will take is to look at the time lines of people who are NVC now to see about how long it will take to get things done.

Hello, until now I can't get my NVC case, I call them and I talk the operator, they said 10-15 days before I get my nvc case.. So i will call them again this week, I hope I can get my NVC case. :help: why nvc human operator said that to me 10-15 days before the availability of nvc case..awwww

You complete me...I love you so much my husband.. YOU and ME FOREVER...
