I-765 Employment authorization

Hi guys!

I am filling out all the papers for AOS.

I have a question regarding I-765 form.

The instructions say on page 6:

Required documentation:

"2. If you are mailing your application to USCIS, you must also submit:

B. A copy of your last EAD (frint and back). If no prior EAD has been issued, you must submit a copy of a Federal Government-issued identity document, such as a passport showing your picture, name, and date of birth; a birth certificate with [...]

C. you must submit two identical color photographs of yourself taken within 30 days of filing your application."

I am sending form I-765 together with I-485. The instructions of I-485 say that I need to send in two photos of myself. So it will be four in total: two for I-485 and two for I-765?!?!?

thanks for the help!

Adam

separate applications. you prepare them independently in accordance with their own instructions. If they each require two then you provide two for each for a total of 4

YMMV

I put my i-130, i-485, and i-765 each in its own separate envelope (labeled with the name of the form), and then I put all three envelopes in one larger envelope.
