Hello! I would like to ask what my RFE could it be. I called customer service and said I have to wait for the letter from them.I submitted these :

I130 filled up and signed

check $335.00

Copy of Naturalization Certificate

Copy of my Birth Certificate

And copy of my marriage certificate

what would my RFE be?

NOA1 March 1,2010

touched April 8,2010

email approval 6/23/10

NOA2 received 6/28/2010

NVC case# assigned 7/2/2010

aos fee bill&ds3032 received 7/8/2010

aos fee paid and emailed ds3032 7/8/2010

iv bill paid 7/12/10

iv packet mailed 7/13/10

aos packet scanned 7/20/10

iv packet scanned 7/22/10

Believe its the filing fee of I-130. $355.00 is the correct filing fee, and not $335.00 that you wrote a check for.

  • 09/29/2010: DS-3032 COA e-mailed to NVC
  • 09/30/2010: I-864 AOS review fee ($88) online payment

  • 10/04/2010: I-864 AOS status 'PAID'
  • 10/05/2010: I-864 AOS package FEDEXED out to NVC
  • 10/06/2010: I-864 AOS package delivered at NVC as confirmed by FEDEX e-mail ~ signed for by K.ST LAURANT
  • 10/07/2010: Received invoice for DS-230 IV fee ($404), and have made online payment

Then how about duly filled and properly signed G-325A Forms ~ one for you and the other for your mother.

Did you include them... with I-130 as I don't see you being listed them in ur first post.

Plz be thorough so that others can help you in a timely manner. Sorry, its dificult to read ur / USCIS mind...

Did you complete the dates From - To for question # 20 for your Mother's address? I saw in this forum that it is a common RFE if they don't write "present"

Ooops! sorry my bad... I recently filed my I-130 for my minor children. It was received 6/7 and the checks were cleared 6/10 but didn't get my NOA1 yet. Now, Im curious too what your RFE would be.

How about your mother's birth certificate and marriage certificate (if still married) or divorce/annulled paper? I didn't see it in your list. Even if still in USCIS, you should included it.

03/10/2010 - Received approval notice via e-mail

03/15/2010 - Received NOA2 via mail

03/16/2010 - case no. assigned and registered both my mom and my e-mail addresses

03/18/2010 - Received DS-3032 form and AOS fee bill from NVC via e-mail

03/18/2010 - PAID AOS fee

03/20/2010 - e-mailed signed DS-3032 to NVC

03/23/2010 - Mailed I-864 packet via USPS

no they don't need it yet.I called USCIS and spoken to IO.she said that the email had been sent to me by mistake! #######!!so my case now is still pending no RFE!

Yes You are missing your Mom's birth certificate where her name and last name needs to show...I did a petition for my mom too.
