I need Loto to predict the date that i'll be getting my NOA2.

Loto, if you're reading please give me a prediction. Thanks...

I am going pretty crazy now. :P:D:)B-):blink::hehe::bonk::wacko::whistle:

I'm waiting also friend. It's o.k. for me cause my wife's heart is always near me,,,but even more in person. Supastars it looks like early Nov. for you but don't be surprised if it's Oct. like we are hoping. We know there were a whole lot of filiers in Feb, March and April then the filiers for May and June drops to the ground. Things like that make it hard to measure exactly. I try and picture the big stack of petition's there at USCIS,,,,and I think ours is starting to see the light in that office....This is our second petition so we already know how to wait now I guess. Our first was K-1,,,denied cause we not met in person...We knew nothing at the time about how USCIS,operates,,OK Take care

One month is reasonable. I actually called the USCIS yesterday because I had a few questions and to my suprise, got through the first time and only had to wait about a minute which kind of blew me away. The girl I spoke with was actually very nice and took time to answer every one of my questions. Not a bad experience compared to some of the posts I read about others who have called. I was polite so that might of helped a little.

In the meanwhile, I guess I was just having one of those days after receiving a text from my wife saying that "she didn't sleep well because she missed me". Those are the worse ones that I have to read. I'm planning vacation around her interview date and once I know I'll tell my boss and he's already pre approved my request. Pretty confident that she'll ace the interview. I randomly ask her questions I've seen posted and questions from the forms just to see how fast her reaction is, how correct her answer is and if she is unsure to say she is unsure. She is also starting to speak more English and is getting more and more comfortable with the language and I am in turn starting to get more comfortable with my Khmer when I speak with her. Sucks that it's so far away or else I would be on a plane every other week to visit her. Not only do I miss her, I miss the whole country and the culture.

I'd like to say also that It's been a real pleasure being here on VJ and knowing that help is readily available and the support system in here is amazing! This community is how America should be like. People from different backgrounds, ethnicities and lives each with a different story to their journey helping each other for the common goal.

I couldn't agree more! When I read this post it rang true the words you said. We are all people and we all should work towards being better and more tolerant of each and every race, nationality and color.

I also can identify with your wife.:crying: It is so hard to sleep without my husband next to me as it is hard for him too. But every night I become more excited! Every night means another day is over and we are closer to being reunited!!! And as Ahmed and I say... WE WILL NEVER BE APART AGAIN!!!:dancing:

Keep your heads up everyone we are in the final stretch and soon we will have our NOA2s in our hands!!! :D:yes:

Here's hoping October goes faster, faster :clock: and November brings wonderful news and ACTION for us all!!! (F):dancing:

I am getting the Police certificate prepared for the NVC. I am a little confused. Should I get 2 certificates, one for NVC and one for the consulate or should I just get one certificate and give NVC a copy of it?

NVC requires originals, IIRC. Personally, I would get two. Send one to NVC and keep the other for backup.

I agree. I been checking out the April and May filers and some of the May filers have been getting touches and some got approved without updates. I hope they all get approved soon. Cause we are next in line. The season's changing and for myself. Work is starting to really pick up. From now to the end of the year. It's going to fly by fast!!! Hang in there June filers. We are at the gate and will soon board the plane.
