I feel ya bud! Here's hoping something shows up in the mail after I get off work today. :innocent: I'll let you know.....I'll give it at least one more week before I start getting concerned..... :help:

You had sent a money order, right? If you don't receive your NOA1 before me, I'll let you know when my cheque cashes because that means your NOA1 should be coming along, too.

I cannot understand what is taking SO LONG. It's especially annoying because the mail got screwed up and our "2 day priority" package took 9 days to get to CSC. And now apparently the whole office is on vacation or sleeping on the job or something. I'm going to have my fiance (the USC) call USCIS next week if it's not received by Wednesday or so.

Met: December 2009

Married: April 2015

Received CR-1 visa: February 2017

POE (as IR-1): April 2017

Oath ceremony: November 2020

Yes, my payment was through money order. Thank you in advance for keeping me informed. I agree, I'll be waiting until Wednesday (6/30) until I start my follow up. It will be almost a month by then. Good luck to us!

AAAAAAARGGHHHHHHHHHHH

So now I know why the cheque never cleared! A forgot to include the I-129F and the whole package came back today. NO THANKS to CSC for taking 11 days to mail it back and now me and A are set back 3 entire weeks because of a stupid accident.

I'm so mad, it's not even funny.

Oh no! Did you refer to a supplemental letter on your I-129F? We just wrote in a sentence or 2 how we met and then included evidence. If you explained it enough on the form, you should be okay!

Good news from me...A sent the petition back on Saturday and it got there this morning. Waiting on the NOA1 again...hopefully we didn't screw anything else up! :bonk:

I couldn't believe A forgot to include the I-129F after we filled it out together in May...I told him I'm doing all the AOS/RoC/SSN stuff once I move there!

Hey, thanks for the welcome. It's a bit confusing with the two threads, still trying to figure out how everything works here :-). For instance the smilies...

Anyway, we sent our petition to the CSC today and I'm so really glad that it's finally done :-).

Because love has no borders...

A simple sentence is fine...however, if you said "see attached" and did not attach anything then that is a problem indeed.

I'm just wondering can anyone tell me how do you actually recieve your NOA1?Is it by email, or snail mail, or by both? I'm new on here and I see where people say they got them, but nobody seems to say how. If they get it back in three days it seems they must be getting it by email?
