My fiancee will be coming at the end of the month and we'll get married on July 10th. What are the next steps? Is there a guide that's clear? When I looked at the flow chart, it seemed kind of confusing.

Where do we get forms from? What forms do we fill out to get a green card and working permission for my fiancee?

Is it okay if we get a SSC after we get married?

Sorry, I know this is asked all the time, but this seems a lot less clear than the visa process!

Thanks!

Read this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/235331-aos-ead-ap-from-k1-the-aussie-way-doc-list-included/ it should help you out

Re the SSN, you can, but it needs to be before the last 14 days of the I-94. Also, you might have some troubles because her immigration name is still her maiden name. They should still change it, just a warning they might give you trouble. PERSONALLY, I would get it in her maiden name first so youre sure you get it, and then switch it to married after the wedding.

Good luck.
