Is it advisable to carry affidavits of bona fide relationship between the petitioner and beneficiary? Are they usually asked for by the CO/VO?

What should go into the affidavit and who should give a statement in it?

How many should be taken to the interview?

When my hubby first sent out the I-130 package, we attached in it some pictures of us and sworn signed affidavits from our friends , regarding their knowledge about our marriage.Was also this package sent to the Embassy here for my upcoming interview ?

N-400 sent on 4/28/2014

Check cashed on 5/3/2014

Text msg & email received 5/5/2014

Biometric appointment letter mailed out on 5/15/2014

Biometric appointment letter received on 5/19/2014 for May 30th,2014

Biometrics done (walk-in) on 5/23/2014

Inline for interview 5/28/2014

Received yellow letter indicating to bring to the interview ID/State DL and all passports on 7/5/2014

USCIS website status changed to ''scheduled for interview" on 7/24/2014

Received letter :interview date will be on 9/2/2014

Interview result : approved :joy:

Oath Ceremony appointment date letter mailed out on 9/5/2014

Online status changed and received letter with Oath Ceremony date for 9/12/2014

It should be sent to the embassy as CSC would have sent it to NVC who would then have packed it all and sent to the embassy.

But it wouldn't hurt to carry to the interview a copy of the I-130 and its contents. My wife is planning to carry a copy of the I-130 and I-129F along with all the other stuff.

I am really excited about our interview this week and I think we are ready for whatever questions they may ask my husband. I have been praying for our interviewer that his/her family is healthy and happy and that they are in a good mood that day and will have mercy on my husband. I am expecting him to get put into AP if he passes the interview.

God bless everyone with interviews this week. I will post my husbands experience.

OK here we go!!! :dance::dance::dance: The week is off to a great start :thumbs:

APPROVED!!! All of that studying and stressing :bonk: and god blessed us with a wonderful consular!!! Just a few questions and looked through our photo album and he said Mabrook!!! We arrived at 7am and left at 11:15am We even got to stand together!!! It was great!!! Yay!!! He said expect the visa in two weeks :D Good Luck to the rest of you that are awaiting your interview and I pray god gives you an easy going consular like the one we had :thumbs: And Thank All of You for your support!!! expecially you sisi!!!
