Are VJ timelines accurate?

Today i was checking my timeline and it said it could be adjudicated as early as August 7 before is was September 7th is this accurate? does anyone know? and responses would be appreciated. If this is accurate i will be happy. Thanks!!

7/17/2005----I met the love of my life.

1/18/2006----Arrived in Egypt to visit my love.

5/11/2006----Sent I129F.

6/15/2006----Recieved NOA1.

6/22/2006----Recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/12/2006----Replied to RFE (IMBRA) Sent back.

7/17/2006----Our 1 year Anniversary!!!!

7/19/2006----VSC recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/20/2006----touched

8/18/2006----touched

8/18/2006----NOA2!!!!!! THANK YOU GOD!!!!

8/18/2006----VSC sent our petition to NVC.

8/19/2006----touched

8/22/2006----NVC recieved our petition.

8/23/2006----NVC sent our petition to Cairo Embassy.

8/25/2006----Recieved NOA2 Approval letter in the mail.

8/28/2006----Recieved NVC letter with new case number.

8/31/2006----Cairo Embassy recieved our petition.

9/24/2006----I emailed the Embassy reguarding my fiance's packet 3.

10/17/2006--Cairo sent packet 3 for the second time to my fiance. First one was never recieved.

10/19/2006--Packet 3 recieved.

12/20/2006--Packet 3 sent.

12/21/2006--Cairo Embassy recieved packet 3.

2/21/2007---Packet 4 recieved.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

it is just a guess.. the time moved forward because of all the approvals we have had lately.. its a rough estimate.. so don't trust it but use it as a guide ..

May 1, 2006 - Submitted I-129F (Overnight) NSC

May 2, 2006 - NOA1

June 1, 2006 - Transferred to CSC

June 14, 2006 - Notice from CSC it was transferred

June 30, 2006 - Received IMBRA RFE (CSC)

July 5, 2006 - Touched (RFE Received)

July 31, 2006 - APPROVED

August 5, 2006 Physical NOA2

August 15, 2006 NVC Received and Sent

August 22, 2006 AIT sent Packet 3

August 22, 2006 Packet 3 got lost in the mail... sending another.. :( :( :(

October 27, 2006 Interview

Like vartan said, it's really just a reflection of the recent approvals. Mine went from September 27th a couple weeks ago, to August 8th now. It probably calculates based on your NOA1, how many people before it have been approved, how long theirs took, etc. It just adds 10 days for processing an RFE. I vote they change the timelimes to predict adjudication based on our RFE date until this whole IMBRA fiasco is over. Would probably be more accurate!

January 12-07----Wedding Day!

February 20-07---AOS, EAD sent to Chicago

With IMBRA and the service center swapping of caseloads its a guess. My VJ timeline says July 19th... hmmm...I'm still waiting, maybe 2007 ?

I would offer that "projected" approval timelines mean nothing.

As recent history has shown, people from April, May and June are getting approved, in front of March filers and earlier cases.

Anyones guess at this point, but some theorize it has to do with IMBRA RFE receipt dates at the applicable processing center. Seems logical to me.

As I always say, the best way to assess approval time is listed below:
