Yes of course, if we ignore individual rights we can make America better. Statistically, African Americans are involved in more crime than whites therefore we can improve crime by incarcerating all black people....yeah that's not good.

I'll be the first to agree that overall illegal immigration brings more negatives to our society than positives. But these are people and they should be dealt with in a humane manner. Whats the most peaceful way? A slow shift. If we crackdown on employers over the next decade we may very well see a slow steady migration of illegal immigrants from the US, and we will definitely see future illegal immigration drop off significantly. How do we do it? Get the politicians out of employers pockets.

This stalling is exactly why the law was enacted in the first place. I just don't understand why none gets that. It's like living under gangsters terrorizing your street and nothing being done, because of this and that law. Finally having had enough, you try to step in a fight breaks out between you and them. Yet rather than supporting you, everyone accuses you of disturbing the peace.

How will this law help arrest gang members and bring them to justice in way that our standard set of laws couldn't? Seems to me if they are doing gang like things the police already have a reason to arrest them.

So who are we going to protect? Americans (including Hispanics) or the illegal aliens. We cannot have our cake and eat it. Do Hispanics prefer an extra question during routine police work or do they prefer their neighborhoods continue being infested and overrun with gangs?

LOL - in a clear defined case where DNA evidence is fully present, an appeals process is ridiculous. ESPECIALLY multiple appeals... I mean cmon now.

While I do not agree with or support Paul's comments or opinions in any way, the TOS state that name-calling and personal attacks are not allowed. You can tell him that you find his attitude despicable, that you dislike his comments and that you totally disagree with what he says, but you can't make personal attacks against him by calling him insulting names in the process.
