i have contacted uscis almost everyday, i contacted my congressman, my senator, but still no help.

I m so sorry i hope u can hear something but thats really so nonsense that nobody let us know whats going on and we are all waiting to be together with our spouse

lets pray and keep in faith God will help us

Its been 4 months so you still have 1 month to wait.. be patient.. you never know u will get it tomorrow.. Did you check ur status in the website that I gave to u? uscis.gov

Yes i checking on it all the time still on initial Review and also no updated or touched yet since december 10

kdrjn, dude just wait a few weeks then you can call. no need to contact your senator

Yeah i m thinking of it to wait untill the end of may then if i cant hear anything from them i have to call USCIS

its really has been long time on may 4 it will be 5 months

I got my approval exactly 5 months plus one week. So just give it some more time. I had no touches since Nov. 6 when they cashed my check.

11-05-09 - Notice of Action (NOA1)

04-13-10 - Notice of Action 2 (NOA2) ~CA service center~

NVC JOURNEY

04-19-10 - NVC Case Number Assigned

04-20-10 - Email given to the NVC & emailed DS 3032

04-21-10 - AOS bill and Agent forms received by email

04-21-10 - Paid AoS Bill Online

04-22-10 - AOS Bill Status: PAID

04-22-10 - DS-3032 Accepted

5 months is inside the curve, and USCIS will still tell you 6 months.
