these are the rules to be followed during the World Cup. Notes: It is reported, that from June 11 to July 11, 2010 (duration of World Cup South Africa 2010) Please note the following: 1. I'm going to accompany the super market outside the hours of the games and / or repetitions of the same (without exception). 2. Read the sports section so that we have a topic of conversation, otherwise, do not be surprised that you do not talk during that month. 3. If you have to pass in front of the TV during a game, you can do, where crawling and without distracting or make noise. 4. During the games I am deaf and blind. Do not expect that you attend, listen, look, open the door, answer the phone, do the shopping, the fire is out of the kitchen, etc. Nothing, but NOTHING!. 5. You must supply the beer fridge and smile at my friends if they come to share some hours of football.

att your beloved husband Miguel..

I'm on May NVC too, I have one @ Just like to ask what's the difference between I-864 & I-864EZ? How do i know which one i need?

Read the I864EZ instructions on who can use that form. If you qualify, use that. It's certainly easier.

Spoke to an operator. Case Complete. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D:dance:

 Congrats! I guess I'll be checking the payment website, just in case I get lucky too.

Alright then. Thanks for the info. I'll just check back next week and make sure it got there safely. I just was hoping that since our interview is still almost 2 months away that it would give the embassy some time to get its paperwork done and maybe we could avoid a lengthy AP. I REALLY want to bring my husband back with me when I come back for work at the end of the summer. I will keep an eye on this for sure. For now, I've got to get some sleep. Oh how the last couple of weeks of school wear me out!

Thanks Bears and everyone else too! G'night!

Wow, Vanessa you went from happy-calm to overly-anxious. I think the NVC is making excellent timing with our documents. I'm sure your docs will get to morocco in one piece. You seemed to have gotten everything else without much delay. Isn't the thought of coming back to the states with our husband so exciting! Just keep your eye on the prize, positive thoughts and next thing you will have your husband in your arms again. What a sweet day that will be for all of us...of course your wife if your a guy...lol. My last 3 black days are over, the rainbow has come out and I'm ready to tackle tomorrow. Have a good night everyone :)

The AVR will be updated when your package is sent out.

Give it another week or so and then you can call your Consulate and see if you're on the books.

That's what I did--I was so sick of NVC that I just waited for a week or so before I called the Consulate and they told me that my case had arrived and I was up on the interview list.

Seriously, don't bother with the DHL thingie. It's a PITA.

okay the AVR will update. but WHY did the NVC guy tell me i would get an email!?

what sucks about tokyo is you cannot call the embassy to ask if they got your package. you cannot even email it without having to pay $25!!! you even gotta pay $25 to call (which connects you to a 3rd party phone service that will forward your message to the embassy!!!)

RIDICULOUS! :o

Hi guys, I need your help on the DS-230 question 35, List the amount of entries in the US, well, I work for the airlines, what can I do, to list every single one of my entries is kind of crazy, any suggestions, I requested a letter from the airline, stating that I work for them and that I´ve been flying back and forth for the past 12 years, also I was planning to make color copies of the passport so they can see I am not kidding, its like finding a needle in a sandbag. Thanks guys, and God bless you all. :)

As tedious as it will be, I'd say type them all up in a Word document. Entered this date, at this place, left this date. You have unusual circumstances, but I wouldn't risk an RFE for it. They certainly aren't going to go looking for a needle in a sandbag. As the immigrant, that's up to you.

I could be wrong, though. The others will be along shortly to share their advice, too.

Either way, I hope your journey is quick since you've been in and out so often.

News is in: Husby passed his medical exam.

I swear the man tries to give me a headache sometimes. He told me the doc told him to complete the MMR series next month, 3 days before his interview. I told him he was nuts; he hasn't even started the series. He used lab results to prove his immunity to MMR so that he wouldn't have to get the series. So he scanned the forms to me. Turns out the doc put VH in the MMR row instead of the date of the titers. And the slip from the nurse to continue with the series has Hep A marked. Silly husband. (L)

I'd attach an extra sheet with all the entry/exit dates you can glean from your passport. Make sure you write your case number and the question number on the additional sheet.

Of course it will be Brazil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About your husband Juls, I did the same to my hubby. Said I'll only be back in the US by the end of the month if he guarantees me that I'll be able to watch the WC in peace and yell as much as I want! lol

The first game for Brazil will be on July 15th I think!!!! So excited!!!!

WHere is my SIF....I really want my case completed this week.....sigh....so stressed....

I am asking the same question. And I have just about given up on finishing all this before the May cut-off.

I am REALLY disappointed.

I don't know if Jordan schedules anything during the last week of the month, but I think that's all I can pray for right now.
