ANYBODY EXPERIENCED THIS!!!!

I was also among the ones who had their AOS and EAD touched on 04/18 after filing to remove conditions, i dont know what can relate between us who had the same thing but i filed on jan 11 and bio done on feb 22nd and yesterday i received a letter for me and my wife to appear for I 751 interview which will be 3 weeks from now, well i hope all the others in same situation dont get called for interview but it may be a big possibility since the old cases may have been touched to put them together with i 751 and get interview.

No i didnt receive any text or email or any update on the i 751 case but my ead and aos were touched on 04/18, i just received interview letter from the local office

How is that possible to get an interview notice before Bio?! What kind ofevidence did u guyz submit? Just curious cause my case was touched on the 18th+

same thing happens to me my ead and aos were touched on 04/25/2010 and i already had a interview, actually my interview was before biometric appointment.., and after biometric 2 touches on my I751 and then on sunday EAD and AOS i dont know whats going on, thanks

Yes sure add me there, i will send u my complete timeline, yes i had interview before bio and interview was 10 minutes long officer was just checking if i have any criminal history and planning to visit my country in middle east or if were outside of states stuff like that, and next week i had an bio and no answer so far.., i got an interview date week after filing my ROC and next week bio..,

Hi guys,

I am just checking in here, we will file for our ROC the end of June. Reading this thread, I got curious and went and checked our USCIS status, and lo and behold, our 485 and EAD were both touched on 4/18. So I am getting the feeling that maybe they are just doing some refiling, or perhaps we are gonna get a notice to file.

i filed late november, uscis received my i751 in early december... so far i haven't received anything except the one year extension. not sure whats going on but not much i can do at this point.

Wait a minute. You sent your I-751 in November and haven't received anything besides the NOA? Not even biometrics?

Hmm. Why don't you do an infopass and see what the hold up is?
