My only guess would be that they are touched when the systems automatically sends a reminder by mail.

I got it some months prior to ROC

From my understanding, correct my if I'm not, I don't believe "reminder" notices are sent to remove conditions, at least on the 2-year condition PR Card. This is what we were told by the AOS Adjudicator, as she said it is our responsibility to keep track of that timeframe.

We were told the same thing but apparently they do send them out but it seems to be somewhat random.

We've received remainder somewhere around a month before my filing window. There is no updates on my previous applications since 2008. I-751 was filed on 02/2010 -VT.

I just noticed the same thing I filed my I-751 on the 5th of March. My I-485 and EAD were touched yesterday (Sun 04/18). It probably means that they put the files together with the I-751 so they can see your paperwork from the initial interview. Just trying to think logically. When some people go for the citizenship interview they see their files together. On Sunday they probably transfered those files to VSC or CSC so they can put the whole file together and compare. ...or they just look your file online and the IO's description of the initial interview.

same thing happend to me. I have filed i751 november 2009 and my i765 was touched on 4/18 (sunday!)... im thinking this is something automatic since no one should be looking at our files on a sunday...

Have you been already approved? It seems like you filed around 6 months ago.

I was also among the ones who had their AOS and EAD touched on 04/18 after filing to remove conditions, i dont know what can relate between us who had the same thing but i filed on jan 11 and bio done on feb 22nd and yesterday i received a letter for me and my wife to appear for I 751 interview which will be 3 weeks from now, well i hope all the others in same situation dont get called for interview but it may be a big possibility since the old cases may have been touched to put them together with i 751 and get interview.

Imen, Thank you for sharing. My AOS and EAD touched on 04/18.

Considering everybody else being approved from the December filers, I don't mind going to an interview at this point.

I would even welcome unannounced visit from USIS. So that they can see how happy we are together without a doubt.
