Can I just vent my frustration at USCIS real quick? WHY IS IT GOING BACKWARDS??? They were doing March 9 days ago, and now they're doing March 7. What is going on here???

(I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation, but seriously, I just want everything to be straightforward and quick.)

actually it upsets me too!!! I thinh those timelines are not right at all, so I trust the 5 months the IUSCUS says in their website. I have seen how the timelines varies, which doesnt make sense at all, cus if the cases are stuck so it has to stay in just one date, but instead it changes all the time!! so sad!!! just wait

good luck

LOL WE ARE IN THE SAME SITUATION. I KNOW HOW FRUSTRATING IT CAN BE, BUT WE DONT HAVE MORE OPTIONS, JUST WAITING :( AND GET READY FOR THE NVC :)

I AM GOING TO BE APART SINCE THE 5TH SO I STOP HAVING THIS COMPULSIVE BEHAVIOR LOL. I LOOK EVERY DAY, SO I AM GETTING CRAZY HERE.

MY BABY COMES HERE THE 5TH OF JULY, SO THAT WILL KEEP MY MIND OUT OF THE PROCESS FOR A WHILE. LUCKILY WHEN I GET BACK APRILS FILERS HAVE GOT SOME APROVALS.

BY THE WAY I CHANGED MY TIMELINE CUS IN THOUGHT THE NOA1 WAS THE DATE WHICH APPEARS IN THE USCIS WEBSITE BUT I SAW THE NOA1 TODAY CUS MY HUBBY SCANNED IT FOR ME SO THE DATE WAS 2 DAYS BE4. :) NOT A LOT BUT SOMETHING IS SOMETHING.

JUST THINK THAT TIME IS SPEEDING UP AND WE WILL GET NEWS SOON!!! GOOD LUCK :)

they are taking there sweet time to approve these petitions. according to visajourney there are just 70 more and i know that there are two or three that are duplicates and some that are wrong but that still leaves close to 65 left. well there are 4 weeks in july and so that means just in visajourney itself they need to approve 15-20 a week. and right now on visajourney it is averaging just 6. at this pace, we will be approved sometime in august or september. they need to pick up the pace here and approve more a week.

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY MY TIMELINE AVERAGE FOR GETTING NOA WENT FROM 19 TO 25 AUGUST IF THE USCIS SEEMS TO BE MOVING FASTER AND THE MARCHERS ARE IN 13TH. NOW IT SAYS I WILL GET IT UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH!! :( THIS IS STRESSING!!! SERIOUSLY :(

I HOPE THIS IS NOT THAT TRUE!!

you can't go by that. the timeline is always all over the place. but they should be working on the 8th untill the 11th this week. hopefully they will approve a lot and get back on course. we are way behind now. a long way to go for april filers. the k-1's are almost in may. then next week we have a holiday. this is hard.
