The new update is coming and you can archive conversations instead of deleting. It is not perfect but a step in the right direction. We will update soon.

What is the procedure for Archiving? All I see are 4 options for Delete, Add Reply, Print/Download & Compose New. Perhaps I am not looking in the right place, I did click on the conversation and do not see any "Archive" button.

(Update, I found the archive feature)

Ahhh, sorry I spoke too soon, I see the Archive Conversation feature on the left and the Send Now button.

If you have an important conversation you may now archive it to your email account registered with the forums. You can do so while viewing the conversation :).

Many of my conversations got 'fragmented' in February, so is not any one 'long conversation' to archive.

Any ETA on when the old method of archiving messages will get re-instated? TIA !
