Its a gamble, but maybe your right, maybe waiting for the whole thing and then submitting it all together could have taken later then getting a RFE and submitting it now. Well be sure to go to a civil

Thx Alla!! Im am soooo happpy!!! They really got things rolling! OMG i just remembered I had a dream I was in some sort of court and I was looking through the evidence and organizing it. freaky lol

lol yea Alla the fireworks are great, they get better each year here in NYC, they are sponsored by Macy's and they promise better ones each year. We were at a bbq and then went to the roof to see the fireworks for a little bit. It been a friggin heatwave here though! high 95-98 F can u believe it? argh

also Alla u said u went straight from the SS office to the DMV? so they issued u a number on the spot? and did u bring ur DL from ur country or did u apply for a new one?

I had a ss number,DL and ID since I came to US four years ago. I just needed to change my last name on all of it.

Check your state requirements for DMV as it differs everywhere.

I'm soo jealous...I waited to see firework about one and half hour but couldn't see it due to bad weather...foggy~~~~ :crying: :crying:

It was nice and sunny so I was so excited to see the firework but from 8pm started getting foggy...

Maybe I should go to east coast next year to see it.

I did my infopass appointment today at 8:30 am. And it was quite helpful because I was able to know the exact status of my case. They said that my packet was still in Missouri but my schedule has already been set on August 4. The officer also told me the status of my EAD and expect it to be received next week since it already has a card production.She also confirm to me my exact address and make sure it was correct. Another funny thing was when I checked my mailbox in the afternoon, I found my Interview letter. :blush:
