purelife where are you? I hope your interview went well today.

Alhamdulillah. My interview today went so smooth even we dont have any joint documents to prove that we live in one house since my SSN just got last month.we had only 6 pictures together but it was taken 2 years ago when my fiancee-my husband now visited me in the philippines and 2 pictures taken here in chicago with my 2 step son.Our appointment was 8:30am but we arrive @ 7:45am.its not bad coz our name was called by the lady officer at around 9am.First she ask me and my husband to swear.then start to ask my full name, birthdate, address in chicago,my ID's-state id and EAD.then she also ask my husband for his birthday, fullname, and ID's.then again she told us to tell the story of our lovelife...Lol.blah..blah..blah...THE END.

Here's the email i recieved today.YAHOOOOO...

congratz on the successful interview Purelifee!! :)

and congratz for everyone who got their GC! yay :)

My interview is tomorrow! :)

I got my folder all organized, have originals of everything I sent in and have additional proof of bona fide marriage originals and copies. Have my album of like a 100 pics, from the time we met to present day, including wedding and engagement pics. I also reprinted affidavits of support cuz i found them saved on my email, and got my co sponsor to sign it again and i took the co sponsors original citizenship certificate. I know they probably wont need this, but if there is even a tiny one in a million chance that USCIS mispacles anything I have all the I130, 485, medical and support forms printed :)

The only sucky thing is that my husband is sick, he was feeling bad all weekend, went to the doct yest and apparently he has the flu... The doct gave him like 5 different kinds of medicine yest, and i been keeping away so i dont get it cuz i dont want to be feeling sick tomm. And hopefully he will be feeling a lil better tomorrow. Or when he starts coughing or smth hopefully the IO will will not questions us and just approve us in 5 minutes because he wont wanna get sick lol Im excited, not really worried, i have so much proof and everything is all organized this is just a formality. :D :D :D yayz

ps: yay exciting 2 see 1 day till interview on my countdown!! seems like just yest it was 30.... :D

Hopefully something will bite soon. Keeping a possitive energy because that's all I can do.

Thx Everyone! :) :)

Will post as soon as I can.

We probably wont even go out to celebrate or anything cuz:

1. Im still eating only mushy food after wisdom teeth removal (omg, im so starving by the way)

2. Hubby will have to go home and back into bed cuz of his flu

lol, but hopefully we will celebrate double after getting the GC in the mail :D :D

Im really just excited, all my papers are reassuring :D

ohhh MP so sorry about u not being able to eat properly... Best of luck to u at the Interview..

Congrats Purelife and Krys on the updates.

Now apart from the Pizza Hut thing, I got three call-backs but im not interested in sellin anything. But Krys girl ur right... They suck at getting back after we submit resumes... this waiting and lack of communication does not help us cuz we dont know what goin on; if we are over-qualified or under-qualified...

yea the job market majorly sux! few yrs back, u finished college and u had a guaranteed job which gave 30K-40K for a start!!! now like u guys said getting an interview is nearly impossible ! and i know wat u mean Krys, when i think that i need to find job openings, send out resumes, go and talk all that bulls*it on the interviews: oh how u r excited to work here for such a great company with so many opportunities and learn new skills and do ur best...yay! hire me! im the best... omg BLA! no wonder im working at one place for like 3yrs now which is like no experience since its completely out of my field, so finished college a year ago Business Management and am still working at a place no where close to my field. so basically going applying to companies I have zero experience... well i guess i should be glad I atleast have a college Bachelors degree but it is still very frustrating. I am going job hunting in a week or two and im kinda scared of how it will be. I am really hoping my school can find me something at a nice office where I wont be miserable for the whole day *GULP*

aargghh my throat is starting to be scratchy!! :crying: I need to take more vitamin c and tamiflu and hope i dont get sick with the flu cuz if i need to take even more days off for bein sick, i will probably be fired... my hubby sittin home with a 100F fever... hope that doesnt affect the interview.. they should understand someone could be a lil sick... He just needs to be coherent enough to answer questions!
