Hello April!!! I was on March fillers but have been told im an April as they cashed my checks yesterday!! Didnt get a lawyer and got crazy doing all the paperwork... At last minute cheking everything i kept finding "details"... So i just sent it out and told myself "if something is wrong or missing they will let me know :)" ...

I received the hard copies of my NOA1s in the mail today, for my AOS, EAD, and AP. :)

Already? VERY NICE ;)

Hi Fellow April filers! :)

We just sent off our AOS package (I-485 & I-765) via FedEx-2 day yesterday. It is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Hopefully we get our NOA1 soon! :D

I just sent my AOS on April second, I hope I get an approval before the summer ends. I'm really excited and anxious :) Nice to be sharing this journey with others.

K1 visa May 22, 2009----Package Sent

May 26 2009-----Package Received

June 1st 2009-----NOA1 Received

September 4th 2009----NOA2 Received

September 15th 2009---Package sent to Consulate

November 4th 2009---Interview :)

November 18th 2009---K1 visa Issued

February 15th 2010---Arrived in NY

March 22nd 2010---Got Married :)

April 3rd 2010---Send AOS package

April 13 2010---Check Cashed

My wifes paper work was sent in 2 days ago. Can't wait to get this all over with. Looking forward to getting the NOA. Paper work sent in was the I-485 and the I-130 along with sealed envelope from her physical with the Immigration approved Dr. Good luck to everyone and hope everything goes smooth for everyone. I'm keeping everyone in my prayers.. Please do the same. Thanks a lot and good luck.

June 1st 2009-----NOA1 Received

September 4th 2009----NOA2 Received

AOS from an F1 through marriage. Sent all forms on April 3, and signed as received on April 5. No other news. Guess I'll receive a NOA by the 20th.

[May 11, 2010]: Medical form received. Case transferred to Natl. Benefits Center

[May 07, 2010]: Sent RFE, medical form. Asked my civil surgeon to print another form.

[May 05, 2010]: Biometrics appointment

[April 27, 2010]: Received RFE, they lost medical form

[April 19, 2010]: Received biometrics appointment

[April 19, 2010]: Received NOAs for I-130

[April 16, 2010]: Received NOAs for I-485, I-765, I-131.

[April 12, 2010]: Checks cashed. Case established on USCIS website. [Day 9]

[April 12, 2010]: Received text messages and eight emails from USCIS with MCS number [Day 9]

[April 5, 2010]: AOS package received and signed by USCIS [Day 2]

[April 3, 2010]: Sent AOS package to Chicago lock box - I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, G-1145

[March, 2010]: Married

Might be earlier than that. Possibly earlier than that. If you sent a G-1145, you'll get a text or email from them once theyre looking at your papers. Then you'd get the hard copy of the NOAs in the mail a few days after the emails.

At 12:02 PM Central we got our Emails and all three text msgs. Waiting on a hard copy. Almost a week from a delivery date.

The second leg of the journey has begun.

cool! I'm from Colombia , and have an F-1 Visa, filing AOS through marriage too, my packet was delivered on 04/06/10, so we should keep in touch, because our process should be very similar
