hi yall. first I wanna thank everybody for their help on this website. its hope there is still good on people.

I am a naturalized citizen (USC). I would like to bring my parents, and brother and his family to US. What are the fastest steps for them to come here.

My nationality is Albania. I know for parents its very fast, but my brother is what i need help with. He is married and has two kids 13 and 10.

There is a pinned guide.

The big issue for Parents is Medical Insurance.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

nothing fast for your brother, more than 10 years of waiting. probably his children will be over 21 and wont be able to come with them.

read the guides first.

Greetings!

steps:

1. sponsor your mom and dad , it will take 6 months for both of them to be here.

2. they will arrive as green card holder for ten years.

3.they will have to wait 5 years to apply for citizenship.

4. once citizen thye now can sponsor your brother and the kids can go with him.

5. it may take years for visa to be available for married children of a US citizen.may check with your visa availablity at this time and may estimate it.

Disagree regarding brother. Petition for a sibling will take 10 years (he is in Europe) according to current available info and the brother can bring his family with him (should look if CSPA will apply for the 13year old).

If he waits for his parents to first become citizens and then file for the married son it will take longer - by the time the son is approved, he could've already been in the States.

OP - file for parents and brother now (separate petitions of course). Parents will come within a year but brother will have to wait a while.

why did you think that? The only ones that get derivative US citizenship are children under 18 of a USC, minors who are LPR. they benefit because their parents are USC. They are automatically USC.

the rest of the family go through naturalization.
