RFE for name verification

Guys this time, i got an RFE about name verification..They have asked me to submit all documents proving my name before the age of 14..I d submitted them birth certificate in my native language along with english translation...Guess that is not enough for them..Anyone who has gone through the same, guide and help me..

It appears your name doesn't match your form.

So, on your form what is your name? On your birth certificate what is your name?

My original birth certificate was lost..So before coming to U.S, i re applied for getting the same. But this birth certificate along with english translation is dated for last year. That is where problem is. They want evidence that was dated since before i was 14 years of age. I am compiling following documents that are dated back to those years-

My school report cards since 14 years of age.

All achievement certificates from school.

Vaccination records since 14 years of age.

What else can i put up to convince them? My I 485 outcome is based on this final evidence. Please help.

As long as the birthname (date) are from your actual birthdate, it should not matter when the document was re-issued (my own BC was from 2000 and it was accepted).

Are you sure that the name on the BC and the translation is exact?

The documents you intend to supplied would be enough to prove your name imo.

Mine was dated 2008 and I filed in 2009. As long as the date of REPORTED BIRTH was around your birth date it should be fine... maybe this is a country specific thing?

The only thing that i can think of is- On visa, by mistake they had put FNU as the first name and full name as the last name..I doubt if all the trouble is due to that..
