Birth certificates for beneficiaries aren't needed until the interview. Never heard of an I-294. For a fiancee, you file an I-129F Petition to begin the process.

I-294? I think you mean the I-129F which is the petition for a fiance.

You'll need the birth certificate translated for sure, so make sure you get that done soon.

I-294? to apply the petition for a fiance (I-129F) you won't need it, she'll need it for the interview (in spanish) and after for adjustment of status translated in English

Yep, once you get to the consulate stage and are approved, she should get certified translations of the birth certificates and bring them with her when she comes to US. She'll need it translated (and original in Spanish) for the AOS part.

I also recommend you start reading the guides for K1 and AOS to familiarize yourself with what's the process like and what's ahead of you.
