hi guys

i came here on K-1 fiance on 16 january..i got married on 24 january.i have filed AOS and my biometrics are done.i got RFE for I-864 letter last week.but i am expecting a divorce now between us.its life-ending moments.anyway.can u guys tell me please what will happen in this case and whats process and everything u can help.

If you don't have your wife as a sponsor your application will be denied and then you will have to leave the country. Until you have adjusted status you do not have a basis to stay. Did your wife submit the affidavit or has she withdrawn her support of your AOS ?

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Basically you should return to Pakistan.

You cannot AOS without her and as you are getting divorced you cannot interview with her either.

I also see that the I-864 isn't complete because you got an RFE so there is no need for her to withdraw it. She should (and probably will) write to withdraw the AOS altogether. You will have lost the $1010 application fee.

Sorry but that's really all that's possible. Get your divorce sorted ASAP (preferably before you leave because it's hard from overseas) and then go home and be happy.
