My wife received her Receipt of Notice of Action1 of her I-485 stating that USCIS will schedule her Biometrics appointment. she will send her advance parole document this week (i know we forgot to sent it with the I-485 together). now tht the I-485 is pending.

The question is: On the travel document On Part 7 where it says Complete only if applying for advance parole. it says that i have to explain how you qualify for an advance parole document, and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Can anyone help me with some tips of how to fill this part?

I have everything ready to go. and sending it manana saturday. My wife wants to leave on April 29 and come back on the 6th of June. and hopefully everything will go right Once i get the receipt of the advance parole travel document then i will get the INFO pass for an appointment in atlanta to experdite it and hoefully have it approved before her flight on the 27 of april.

You can relax, because you don't need some urgent reason to want AP.

All you have to do is say that you want to be able to visit family and friends in your home country and if you don't have a specific date, just say "date unknown".

They NEVER deny AP for the reason why you want it.

Please see the I-131 instructions, specifically page 4, general instructions step 2, C(1)c which states that as an adjustment applicant you simply enclose a copy of the NOA1 for the I-485 which proves your eligibility.

You can relax, because you don't need some urgent reason to want AP.

All you have to do is say that you want to be able to visit family and friends in your home country and if you don't have a specific date, just say "date unknown".

They NEVER deny AP for the reason why you want it.

No need to say anything. Just enclose a copy of the NOA1 for the I-485 which fulfils your "eligibility" requirements.
