I said you've run out of steam re the topic. You've proven it.

I asked you how you attributed statements to me that I never said. Can you tell me how?

We have played this game before... you are busy kidding your self that -Poor Gays just want to lead a normal life and be left alone.

And me shining the light of truth about where they really want to take this movement.

Watch these vids and then explain to me how Gay Marriage will not effect every family, ...like it or not.

I did about two pages ago. I said that if your argument is such, that a civil union gets the same benefits as a marriage then the obvious conclusion for me is that your saying the differences amount to a sheet of paper.

Likewise your opinion was that gay marriage will cause religious discrimination. Your religious (muslim) therefore you are saying that gay marriage will discriminate against you (a muslim).

Sorry about the whole University thing. You mentioned classes yaddaya. I remember something about a Masters or Ph.D in another thread so I assumed you teach. Sorry about that one.

Which interracial couple was denied the right to marry in which state following Loving? Just give me one. Coming up empty, eh? Look, while laws against mixed race marriages remained on the books in many states long after the 1967 landmark ruling, none of the sates has enforced them since - they knew they couldn't have enforced them since the SCOTUS had effectively struck them down. Failure to repeal laws that have been struck down by the courts - or those are no longer useful - is quite common.

In regards to the latter, do you know that oral sex is still against the law in the great state of Tennessee?

Wow. Just wow. You really believe that's all there was to it, don't you? Court rules, then Poof! Discrimination over.

Just to set you straight, even Virginia didn't repeal its anti-miscegnation laws after Loving. And, Loving didn't have any immediate bearing on mixed race marriage rights in other states. Loving was a beginning, not an end.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
