Hi all,

I'm soon to become a US Citizen, I know that I can file an I-130 to bring my Parents here on a Green card, the question is can I also bring my brother here? he is over 21 years old and lives with my parents back home?

Can you please point me in the right direction.

Yes u can bring ur brother too, but time frame of petition filed for sibling is 5 to 10 years

It's possible that someone has a brother (who would would be a sibling), who is also one's father, but such cases are rare.
