Morning all! Woke up to snow, not as much as they said, but its snow.

My van broke down this weekend leaving me in a lurch cause I didn't have anyone to fix it or look at it. Hubby and i argued most of the weekend. I hate being without a vehicle. So I am taking my van in and incha allah, they will get to it today.

I may have to rent a vehicle for the day!! I can't stand this!!!

I hope today and the rest of this week go better than the rest of the week!!

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

i'm at home today, had to take off from work because the car won't get out of the driveway due to us having about 8" of snow since fri.

so nessa went to work in the 4 wheel drive, and i'm staying at home with baby boy.

I carry a gun because a cop is too heavy.

aren't y lucky to stay home? 8 inches of snow? We were suppossed to get up to 10 inches but didn't get that much, but its snowing again, looks more like lake effect, which means more snow! :wacko:

dunno if it's lucky, i'll get to shovel more snow off the driveway today in an attempt to clear it enough to get the car out of the driveway.

Hi Turia and Charles, Im still here waiting in the wings for my husband to finish his military, should be a week from today. They moved him back to the central camp like place to get his papers all finished up. He just text me with I love you, its always good to hear from him. Im sorry for your car problems we didnt get much snow when I got up just a little, so I was out taking my son to school at 730am. Its really cold though.

I have been wondering the same thing. People are posting...just not in the daily thread. I wish people would come back.

No snow here, and the rain has let up for now... hope it stays that way... good luck to all with interviews this week!! :thumbs:
