I was just on the UCIS sight and the numbers are not adding up. I am applying for my wife

I-765

I-131

AND FOR HER I-485

I was under the impression that the total was 1010.00 is this correct and do I have to send any more forms in other then the ones listed on the chcklist just making sure before I seal this thing and drop in the mail.

Thanks

1010.

there 'can be' seperate fee for AP or EAD, if the forms are NOT filed with the I-485. Emphasis on 'not filed'

You'll be fine, no worries - it's only 1010.

the fees for EAP and AP are 'waived' when filing IN CONJUNCTION WITH the I-485.

It is $1010.

The fee is waived when you send the AP or EAD document WITH the AOS packet, or whilst the AOS document is processing (in which case you send the NOA1 for AOS with the docs when you send them).

If filed prior to AOS then there is a fee. Other people also pay for it who aren't doing AOS but that's irrelevant to you too.

So, cheque in the amount of $1010 made payable to: U.S. Department of Homeland Security

All docs are sent to the Chicago facility:

USCIS

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

For courier/express delivery:

USCIS

Attn: AOS

131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5520

Hope that helps :D
