My husband was denied because i met him through his family..the man said he believes i am being used to come to the US and he believes that i recieving money to bring him here. I truly am lost for word i dont know if i have the fight in me to continue with this process. I love my husband so much i have prepared so much for his arrival and now i just feel stupid that i could be waiting another year for MY husband! I really dont know what to do..i feel so depressed. Any help will be grateful

Yes the paper just says that he was denied because he feels he is coming to america because his brother wants him here...and it says our paper work is going back too nvc. I dont even know what to gather up...how do you prove that it is not his brothers gain but my gain...how do you prove they didnt give me money or make my life any different because of my husband. I really already know this is something i cant even deal with today but truly how do you muster up the strength and patience to continue to wait when you could taste the wait being over!!!

Sorry to hear about your situation. Now you need to prove the long term realtionship. You may use papers like joint bank account, insurance, any property jointly owned. If you send money from here to him that will be also a very strong evidence. Your phone call bills with numbers showing his and yours another strong document to prove the long term relationship. After the case is sent back to the US, you will be sent either a NOID or a NOIR. You should be given a chance to dispute what the consulate has suggested. Your bank account is what you will most likely use to dispute this. You'll probably need to produce several months of statements from before you were married and again after the marriage. These statements should prove that you did not have any unusual deposits into your account.

Thank you to everyone again! I just spoke to the interviewer again and I can say now I truly hate him! He doesnt have a care in the world and could care less about how I feel and how this process has changed everything in my world. I am trying to get ready for the wait but it is unbelievable that I am in this place. Please dont feel sorry for me but please pray for me because this is truly what i need right now.. Could it be an option for you to go and live with him for a year and then try again? This might prove that you are in a real relationship and it has nothing to do with what his family wants. I hope that it works out for you.

I have thought about moving and i know he would absolutely fine with this idea but i have 2 concerns....One I have a 9 year old daughter and we have been together my ehol adult life so her staying here couldnt be a option and also once you finally have the visa...what in the world comes next, we come to america and dont have anything!! If has moved and come back can you tell me how it was coming back to the us
