OP asked for I-485 package (AOS), not I-129F. No G-325A for USC is required when adjusting status.

Acording to the "Guides" posted on this website, a G325a is one of the required documents for an AOS for a K-1 visa spouse. Where are you getting your information leading you to comment that a G325a is not required?

It doesn't say that one is required for the USC. Unlike the K1 I-129F petition, where both petitioner and beneficiary need a G-325a, with AOS, only the beneficiary needs it.

Depends on the ages of the children. All children 14 or older on a K2 visa need to complete biometrics.

Moving to from K1 P&P to AOS (Family Based) as topic is AOS related.

Agree with Sundrop.

The Guide DOES list a G-325A but what you have to remember is that in terms of AOS from a K1, the USC has NOTHING to do with the process outside of marrying the K1, and filling in a 864 for them (as the K1 obviously needs a sponsor), so, every form listed is for the K1 to supply unless the USC is specifically mentioned.

You do raise a valid point though and I will ask that it be changed to make it more clear.

OP, please feel free to read the AOS thread in my signature which should explain the process in a bit more detail.

Best of luck.
