processing time on EAD's is 90 days, if you call before that they will just tell you that you are still in the processing time, says it in the instructions.

What about calling for AP status? As you can see on our timeline, we filed AOS, EAD and AP together on Feb. 2, expecting at least the AP to come through around now. The AP is starting to concern us, because my wife has a flight booked to visit her parents a couple of weeks from now. If it gets down to the wire, I suppose she can schedule an InfoPass appointment and beg for mercy. All timelines we saw suggested that AP would be granted early enough that a late-April trip out of the country would not likely be a problem. Ha.

Well the problem with both AP and EAD is that their timeline is 90 days according to USCIS, so its doubtful, but always possible, that they will do anything to speed it up if its in normal processing times, or from what one of the Jan filers said as well - she has her interview soon so they stopped processing on both of her documents. Now if your wife needs to leave on an emergancy reason you can try to get the AP expedited if USCIS won't look into it, but not sure their approval rate for expedited AP's if its not an emergancy. Otherwise you will probably get told what one of the other filers did "we will look into it and let you know within 30 days".

I think my EAD won't get update until AOS interview done. They won't give me EAD but only GC, I think..... ;):D

Thats still good, only 20 more days till you know! How exciting!

My wife and I are wondering, too. Since we received the Notice of Transfer to CSC in the mail on 2/23, we haven't heard a peep and have never seen a change in the dates on-line--a "touch." I wish there were a way to know that the file was actually received at the CSC. We requested e-mail notification using the I-1145 but have never received a single e-mail.

You are not the only people in the boat.. my wife's EAD has not had any activity since 3/18 and the AP since 2/26 not to say the AOS barely gets activity..

Gosh... I think I spoke too soon and possible they heard me.....

I usually don’t get a lot of activity.. Some days ago I got the note that submission was transfer to CSC, today I got an email advising :

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you...

So, this mean CSC kicked it back to USCIS due to? and interview will be schedule [Next Step?]..

or this is their normal process system, CSC and then back to USCIS?

I am not worry about the interview as we have all the necessary information/proof etc, I just want to understand this message.

We got the email saying they'd gotten it at CSC but nothing since then.. :(

Right now....in my book...CSC suxs! :angry::crying:
