Yes old boyfriend want me back because now divorced, me do not want stay single.

If me became a citizen through an ex-husband (me and him divorced a few months after get citizenship). Is it ok if after breakdown of the marriage can I file to bring me old ex boyfriend from Mexico? mucho gracias.

Your ex-boyfriend?? woa, that is cold. That question the motive behind the visa and the divorce.

O.K senorita, i think you can apply but you have to wait for another 3-4 years. The consulate will definately catch up to your game. You ex-boyfriend definately waited for his time. By the way, if he has enterred the USA illegally in the past, then he will not be qualified for a visa and also if he has overstayed his visa before too.

Why does she have to wait 3-4 years

This has got to be a joke !!!!! I am sorry to tell you but .. I think you should be deported.....definitely not allowed to invite others

Taye500

Any motives behind gaining the visa and the divorce is up to the USCIS to decide.

ursy

Definately not allowed to invite others???? Why?

aussiewitch,

Well aussiewitch or whatever your name is, since you are trying to be smart. We have seen so many cases like that and even an immigration lawyer will tell you that filling for someone immediately after a divorce and especially old ex-boyfriend smells a fraud.

Not trying to be smart at all but there is a lot of misinformation being stated. A USC can file a petition. The OP now has her citizenship.....FACT. There are plenty on this board who have filed immediately after divorces.

A troll is a phony. Another definition of a troll is a motherf#$#er pretending to be legitimate but are not. You can see examples on this thread.
