Well, i wanted to thank everyone here on these forums. I sent in my i-130 at the begining of september and had my interview date by the end of november. I was lucky to have my i-130 in one month. After that, i followed the tips and guides from these forums and was able to finish everything before December. I had my interview this tuesday, and i had no problems since all my papers were filed without anything missing. They only asked us how we met and how i proposed, and after that she told us my wife's visa was approved. :)

If anyone has questions about the interview in bolivia, just pm me. Now i am just waiting for me stepdaughter's i-130 is approved.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

NVC JOURNEY

Case Completed at NVC : 10-23-09

NVC Left : 11-13-09

Completed Medical:12-02-09

Interview Date : 12-17-09 (7:30am)

2nd interview: 12-31-09 Approved

Visa Received : VISA IN HAND!!!01-05-10

POE : 01-06-10 WASH DULLES VERY EASY AND FAST!!
