Received a letter dated (05/06/2010) for more evidence needed.

Sending the 2009 tax return and evidence of pregnancy.

I have send all the other evidence we have with the application.

I don't know how to add this.

I don't know how to add this.

It looks like their letter was specific for the two items you mentioned - 2009 tax returns and evidence of pregnancy. The best way is the official way, and that is the following:

1. Have your physician write a letter using official doctor/hospital letters (meaning with the letter head showing the doctor's name and hospital if exists) and ask the doctor to simply write that you have been visiting him/her since you became pregnant and that you and your spouse have been regularly visiting. Also, ask the doctor to mention the date of conception.... etc.. then have the doctor sign and stamp the letter... this is proof enough. Just make sure she/he mentions that both of you were showing up to visits and such. It shouldn't be too difficult to produce such a letter... I think they know what to write.

2. for the 2009 tax returns - you can call the IRS and request transcripts and ask the person to fax them to you in addition to mail them. You can include faxed copies of tax transcripts. If this doesn't work, just send in a copy of your 2009 return you mailed/e-filed and remember to include all pages and a copy of the W-2.

As a redundant reminder, you have a specific number of days to send back the evidence so make sure you get this done as quickly as possible.

It looks like you are on the verge of approval - USCIS just likes to throw a curve ball every now and then...

Updating my information, even if the online system doesn't work I received a text message today and called the information line, i cannot call it misinformation because it actually was pretty accurate.

Card production ordered today 05/12/10 WOOHO! ohhh yeah! I already updated the approval rate
