hi got the 10 year card dated 3/18/10

received text on 3/22/10

had biometrics on 2/25/10

everything you can think of: bank statements, copies of our credit cards and debit cards, car insurance, lease agreement(the onl thing with the lease is that all our utilities are included in the rent-so we dont have any bills on our name-electric, gas, phone, cable- everything is included in the price of the rent, because we know the owners and we just give them the money.)

i didn`t send a birth certificate because we don`t have any babies:) affidavits i did send from 2 friends that know each other since we got married.

when i filed for AOS 2 years ago i sent my husband`s taxes and i got an RFE for my taxes. i requested the IRS again for taxes and sent them again and it was fine. but this time the letter is not specific. it just says supporting evidence.

i`ll ask 2 more people to write affidavits(different people) , include 15 bank statements, some of my paychecks, i also got life insurance today so we can have something else and then again everything i sent in the first file. i think

they do it random. they probably need to have a certain number of RFE to send per month. i assure you my file wasn`t different then anybody else`s.

anyway, as yurika & jim said i should be thankful i filed in california. now my only concern is to send the file as soon as possible cuz i can`t stand this wait anymore.

oh and something very funny. i have the protfolio on uscis.gov . i have it since 2008 when i filed aos. on the i485 my case shows it`s still pending since november 2007!!! they never updated . and here i am hoping to get an email saying my case is updated.

I gave up a while ago checking my online status because if I see that it says "initial review" one more time I'll probably start pulling out some of my hair.
