Ask yer lass to re-apply for a K-1, file it this month. Good Luck !

Darnell is suggesting to you that you have your fiance reapply for K1. Start the process over again.

Apparently this consulate is very tough to obtain a visa. Read about the experiences of other people here who have gone through Morocco, to find out maybe what you can do to make your case better and then reapply. This is a start...

Your visa was denied because you were not prepared for the interview with enough evidence to overcome whatever red flags your case has. The suggestion, a good one, is to re-new the petition and start over. Try again. It is important to understand why you were denied and at some point before your next interview...you will. Start by improving your evidence of relationship, visits, etc. Morrocco is a difficult consulate. Study and be better prepared next time.

Another option is for you to marry your fiancee and then she would petition for a spouse visa.

but how can i do that im newer opn immigration thngs

help

you've a lass, yes? a USC? Tell her you got denied, suggest to her that she refile a K-1, soonish, this month.

I assume she's still within the 2 year window for 'last visit' to you, yes?

She can file NEW K-1 petition for you.

But - suggest to her to put in loads of relationship evidence into the initial submittal, this 2nd time-around.

Good Luck !
