I'm doing a nice pork roast, apples, homemade sour cream and chive mashed potatoes, and a homemade chocolate cake. We will also have some panettone and grapes at midnight.

Thinking of making 4 dish - all Thai. Tom yum (havnt had that in a long time so it's time), Kung Ob woon sen (roasted glass noodle with shrimp), Pla rad prik (friend whole fish with chili sauce), and one vegetable dish that I havnt decide yet.. with Peper and garlic shrimp as appertiser. Or if I find some nice holy basil.. we will have some pad kra-praw too ahh.. I have so many thing I want to (eat)make!!

I always have black eyed peas!! It is thought to bring luck!!

Other than that I make a ham glazed with a brownsugar and pine apple mix. Make some home made rolls, mashed potatoes and if I can find some fresh enough corn on cob. Sit get fat as we work on new years puzzle
