I think infopass also asks to wait 6 months before inquiring about the status of your application.... worth a try.

It seems that VSC is 1 month behind compared to CSC more or less right? I just hope that I receive the new card by the end of this month.

Hello everyone,

I did not sent our income tax for 2007 since when we got approved the first time, we showed the one for 2007, I just didn't see it necessary. I guess I should have, I just sent the one from 2008 and back in January we hadn't even filed taxes for 2009. Also, I did not send a copy of our marriage license because also did not see the point since we got approved because we were married on the first place.

Do you think USCIS would send an RFE just because of that? Other than that I guess I pretty much covered all bases, sent everything. Statements, insurance policies, beneficiary policies, photographs, affidavits from friends and landlord, itineraries of trips from last year, etc.

Thanks! I'm just kinda worried seeing that in January 2 people who filed with VSC received RFEs

More from 2009, that's because after both got decent jobs we opened savings accounts, more purchases like a new car and I even sent the picture of us when we pick it up from the dealership. From 2008, taxes, and some other stuff. I also include pictures of trips, itineraries last year because as well, we had been fresh out of college and did not travel as much in 2008 and we did in 2009.

I should chillax I know NArocks :unsure:

Did anyone go to infopass appointment who had 6 months old case, were they actually able to give any more information that is in the computer: initial review?!

i don't know whats going on, but there hasn't been any news on my online status... this is getting very frustrating..

i submitted everything from tax return to joint leasing agreements... the only weakness i can think of is that there hasn't been much activities in our joint checking account. we both liked our own checking accts so much that we didn't want to combined everything in one...

keep my fingers crossed.

As long as both names appear on the accounts then there should be a problem not matter how many checking accounts you have... I don't think they will go over how many transactions and see who did what... I am very confident that they are not that efficient!

A lot of people don't hear anything and never get any touches on their account until the approval messages that we receive on the cellphones (or email) which ever is more accessible to the person. Others only find an approval letter in their mailbox.....
