I just got my DS-3032 in the mail yesterday and i was wondering can i fill everything out and fax it to my husband let him sign it and then fax it back to me so i can sent it to NVC cuz mail in his country is very slow and always gets lost.

I Asked NVC yesterday and they said "he has to send it" but i dont trust them every time i call them they have a new answer. soo annoying.

I was planning to E-mail the ds-3032 but i hear its takes forever for NVC to approve the E-mails.

If i was to email i just use the template from the "Shortcuts" thread? i dont have to attach a signatue?

I realy would rather send it by mail and E-mail.

And also can i pay the AOS now?

Sorry for all the question i hope you can understand me lol.

You can email it to him, he can print it, sign it and then fed-ex it back to you.

I filled it out and printed it and then scanned it onto my flashdrive. I then attached it to the email.

Good luck.

I tried to edit this but it didn't work. After I emailed it to him, he printed the email, signed it and fed-exed it back to me. Once I received it, I mailed it to the NVC.

I hope this helps

will the NVC accept a faxed signature?

It took about three days for me to get the fed-ex. I never use the mail; I want to make sure he gets it and quickly. :-)

I hope you have a very fast process.

you need original signatures not copys, its possible they will reject it and request original documents by sending you an RFE which inturn would hold up the entire process.

There is a line on the form that his name has to be written in Arabic. Do you know how to write in Arabic? If not, make sure he fills out that line.

If I were you, I would fill everything thing out before you mail it to him. We sent this thing back and forth a couple of times because my husband was sure that he understood what they were asking for and he wasn't. It held us up longer than it should have.

I would fill it out then email it to him. If he signs it first, then there will be no room for typos.

Don't forget the line that he has to write ir type in Arabic.

IIRC , the DS-3032 has a signature requirement, and, IMO, it needs to be original.

Good Luck !

You just need to send an email. Email and paper 3032 pretty much takes the same time to be processed and considering the time that you would lose by getting the signed paper here, email works out to be the faster option. And you can also send a paper copy once you recieve it, but I would recommend that your husband send out that email ASAP.

Good luck,

Binu

The DS-3032 is not required for a K-3 visa.
